This is your Personal Training Membership, making it easy and consistent. Instead of paying casually for your personal training it will automatically be taken care of by our booking system and hold your timeslot and/or trainer. Upon request, we can includes measurements, goal-setting, results tracking and basic nutritional guidelines.
Please notify us if you need to pause or stop your training for any reason. 24 hours notice required to cancel appointments and reschedule a make-up. Only one extra make-up per week as the studio and trainers book out quick.
