We require a minimum of 24 hours notice of any cancellation, you can cancel online, please remember to tell your trainer too. If you cancel within 24 hours of your session booking you may lose your session. 

NB: Personal Training sessions are non-refundable. If you purchase a Personal Training Sessions and cannot finish the sessions due to health issues, you may be eligible for a refund for unused sessions but must provide documentation from your physician to receive this refund.
