Welcome to EMPOWER!

Part of Soulsprite's Health & Education Series.

This is a 2 Hour Workshop: Every Workshop is slightly different, please feel free to contact us for more information.

A body-awareness program designed for teens by experienced youth coaches, personal trainers and health professionals. All fitness levels welcome.

The content will be delivered in a welcoming space with the goal of learning about exercise beyond competition, sports and aesthetics. Students will participate in fun pilates, yoga and body-weight TRX exercises, as-well as learning invaluable self-defence skills from a second-dan Black-belt. With extra chats about how movement/exercise and breathe can be powerful mental health and stress relief strategies, all led by a personable female instructor.  

The class will be meaningful and highly connective to help bring the 'joy factor' and a strong sense of community. An opportunity to gain professional insight into physical and mental strength, and also to find meditative release from confronting teen life pressures.

This is an action-packed EMPOWERMENT course is designed run by our energetic Soulsprite Owner, Kate Walden. Kate has over 25 years experience in the professional fitness realm as a International Group Fitness Presenter and Master Trainer, World Karate Competitor, Personal Trainer, Dance teacher and Youth Coach and also a mum of three (young adults included).
