This is a special 2 Hour Workshop designed by our leading Youth Strength Coach to help teens to find their the most effective way to train outside of sports. With a friendly, professional and supportive vibe, participants will learn what makes top sports professionals rise above their game, how athletic conditioning helps performance goals, self-esteem and confidence. Strength training helps us 'stand tall' beyond physique. It will also explore mental fitness beyond aesthetics, and help foster a more meaningful relationship with exercise.
Led by Soulsprite Owner Ben Walden. Ben will give students access to information used by world-leading Fitness Trainers and Sports Psychologists. A highly experienced Personal Trainer, Strength Coach and High-level Martial Artist and World Team Coach; and father of three (including two young adults).
This small group caters for all levels of fitness.
