Strengthen and Lengthen your body with our Mat Pilates blend class. Taught by highly experienced instructors who will challenge your core and body to help you develop a stronger, more youthful physique.

Ontop of your pilates workout we add stretching. Often the most neglected part of a health programme, but any top athlete will tell you that it ranks right up there for muscle recovery, improved exercise performance and of course injury prevention.
