Yoga fusion is a blend of Yoga moves, pilates moves and strength moves to leave you feeling strong, stretched and worked!
You can expect a gentle start to warm your body and then time spent in stronger movements to build strength, stability and maybe a little sweat.
The class is based around a yoga flow and incorporates pilates based movements and repetitions to get you feeling different areas of your body.
