This beginner-friendly class starts gently to warm your body, then moves into stronger but accessible exercises to help build strength, stability, and a little healthy sweat.
The flow is based around simple yoga sequences, with pilates-inspired moves and light repetitions to target different areas of your body — no experience needed!
