A yoga session just for those who need yoga, but may not be so bendy or coordinated, so you can progress safely, grunting allowed!
If you are stressed at work, tight in your muscles, prone to sports injury, not connected with your breath, this session is for you. A slow and controlled yoga session which will work as great rehabilitation for your body. Breathing as a main focus, we will use simple poses to work on parts of the body that collect stress and tightness. Props and mats are provided.
Your takeaway: increased mobility, increased energy, a better metabolism, awareness and connection with the body and some stillness in the mind.
