Join Alyssa this Winter Solstice and International Yoga Day for a 60‑minute practice designed to gently unwind your body and settle your mind.
We’ll begin with slow, spacious stretches to release tension and create ease throughout your whole body, followed by a short pranayama practice to steady your breath and draw you inward. You’ll then be guided into a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra — often called yogic sleep — is a guided meditation that brings you to the liminal space between wakefulness and sleep. In this state, the subconscious becomes more accessible, allowing profound rest, emotional release, and a soothing recalibration of the nervous system back toward its natural equilibrium.
As we arrive at the winter solstice, a time traditionally associated with slowing down, turning inward, and resetting, this practice offers you a precious opportunity to recharge and realign. Give yourself this moment of stillness so you can move into the lengthening days ahead feeling restored, grounded, and renewed.
