Grab your props and cosy socks and settle in for 45 minutes of yin yoga to aid your body with maintaining balance. Yin invites longer holds to offer deeper contact, beyond the muscles,  helping unlock and open our bodies.
The perfect session for winter warriors to recuperate. Cosy and reflective. Simply roll out your mat at home  bring some cushions and books to help prop the body, and be guided into stillness.
