MONTHLY NEW MOON GENTLE YOGA & YOGA NIDRA with Alyssa
The New Moon offers a natural moment to pause, reflect, and begin again. This monthly class, aligned with the lunar cycle, invites you into a calming practice designed to soothe your nervous system and settle your mind.
We’ll begin with slow, mindful movement to release tension and open the body. From there, you’ll settle into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra — a guided meditation often called yogic sleep — that brings you to the threshold between wakefulness and sleep. In this state, the subconscious becomes more accessible, supporting profound rest, emotional release, and a soothing recalibration of the nervous system.
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, bring warm socks and a cosy jumper, and feel free to bring an extra blanket or cushion for added comfort.
