Alyssa teaches a breath centred slow flow yoga with an emphasis on mindful movement, guided by the breath, to settle the nervous system and bring a sense of peace and stillness to the mind.
Alyssa’s classes have a strong focus on safety, accessibility and working with the breath to journey inwards. She believes in yoga being available for every person, and feels that ‘if you can breathe, you can do yoga’.
Having witnessed and experienced the transformative power of yoga herself, her purpose is to help others find inner stillness and peace through this ancient and inspiring practice."
