Nicole has been sharing and teaching mind-body practices for the past 12 years.
Starting out with Hatha Yoga she spent a year full time training to gain her 500RYT certification in 2011/12.
Since then Nicole has taught full time. This has included group classes, workshops, private clients as well as running Yoga Teacher Training programmes from 2017.
Nicole has a love for learning and has been continually expanding her passion for all things mind-body.
Throughout the past 12 years, this has included Acro yoga, Aerial yoga, Reiki, EFT (emotional freedom technique), a Diploma in counselling and psychology, Somatics training, Pilates training, Subtle yoga training, Energy medicine, Psych-K, Trauma informed yoga training and more.
Nicole loves to move and share practices that support greater wellbeing through movement, breath and cultivating greater embodied self-awareness.
Nicole is currently training to become a health coach and is passionate about supporting people with their holistic health goals!
