Soulsprite is offering an affordable and gentle way to heal and revitalise with a special 5 week (not including Kings Birthday) course of Monday evening Yoganidra, - everyone can benefit from this restorative practice.
So much is going on in the world right now. Stress, trauma, depression can reveal itself very subtly in our body and if left unchecked turn into ailments and disorders of the body and mind.
Yoga nidra (yogic sleep) is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. You practice lying down and are gently guided through a series of instructions that completely relax you. It is a method of consciously moving into the deeper realms of personality, removing physical fatigue, emotional imbalances and mental tensions, thereby revitalizing and restructuring one’s entire life.
Come warmly dressed and bring your favourite blanket and cushion if you prefer.
