Our world-class functional strength workout is taught safely and encouragingly by professional Personal Trainers and Instructors. It is only 30 minutes, but produces incredibly fast-strength and fitness progression to help with everyday life, energy and also to compliment competitive sports. No machines, just TRX suspension bands and body-weight exercises. This is a small class providing a personalised approach and adjustments to support safe, effective form. A perfect motivational atmosphere for tweens and teens.
