You will sweat and work hard but LOVE the vibe of this workout, it's like no other!
This class is for varying levels and abilities, no need to be a 'grade'. Led by qualified Personal Trainers and Kickboxing Coaches who are eager to pass-on amazing Self-defence and Martial Art skills using hanging bags, mitts and pads and conditioning drills, - but absolutedly NO body contact. Such a great stress-relief, empowerment program and compliment to any sport that needs great footwork, speed and power.
