One class, you’ll be ‘hooked’!  …pun intended.
This is a boxing-bag basic fitness class that will have you firing on all cylinders incorporating striking combos and techniques with conditioning training.  Using an incredible array of muscle groups, we'll have you training effectively and time-efficiently whilst developing your aerobic, anaerobic fitness, strength, speed and endurance. Held in our specialist 'old skool' basement boxing studio, this class is for all levels and only 45 minutes. Feel your stress melt-away, burn calories, and feel a huge sense of accomplishment from this empowering session.

Taught by experienced boxing and martial-arts coaches and personal trainers. You'll find a friendly crew of avid sweatbox lovers here, who enjoy all the martial arts upskilling and many benefits without the contact/sparring. 

Bag gloves are available for sale on our website shop. First-time communal gloves are available for trialists, but strictly for two classes only - after sweating, you'll want your own! Bring a water-bottle and sweat-towel if needed.
