A high-energy indoor cycling program providing the ultimate in conditioning for the legs, glutes, lower core and will accelerate your cardiovascular fitness to new levels. We use the best quality Danish 'Bodybikes' for the ultimate smooth ride experience. The class is 30 minutes and is varied with muscle endurance tracks and then faster cardio pushers. 

You'll sweat your stresses out and leave feeling great!

Bring a sweat-towel and water-bottle.
