Reactivate your core and reap the benefits with Soulsprite's functional mat class. 

This class is for men and woman to enhance mind-body connection and overall body functionality.   Regular practice has been deemed to alleviate back pain, or pain related to an imbalanced core (knee, pelvis etc). It is highly recommended by physiotherapists for many reasons some of which is improved posture, gait, strength, balance and flexibility. Also highly beneficial as a strength and injury prevention class for athletic performance. Led by professionally qualified Instructors. 

This is a 45 minute class. Studio mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. Water bottles are recommended.
