Learn the foundations of how your nervous system health is one of the keys to overall vitality. Through Yoga and other evidence based movement we will explore tools and techniques that can support any type of movement practice to enhance the benefits for your nervous system. Expect about 60mins of discussion and approx 60mins of movement.

What to bring: Comfortable clothing for moving in. A Yoga mat if you like your own, a water bottle, a pen and paper if you like taking notes (and even a small snack if it supports your learning process)
