Yoga STRONG blends powerful flow yoga with asanas (poses/postures) to specifically enhance your endurance and core. The discipline and intensity is similar to a challenging fitness class. In this 45 minute class, you will enjoy the fast pace and come back down with a gentle Yoga Nidra practice.
Yoga Nidra helps regain a calm state of mind and body through guided meditation. The practice can change brain waves to release emotional tension, slow down the nervous system, and allow muscles to relax.
Yoga mats are provided by the studio, but you are welcome to bring your own. Water bottle recommended and blanket/warm clothing for yoga-nidra to finish.
