With rave reviews, barre is a hell of a workout! With elements of Pilates, ballet stability, flexibility, strength training and some yoga, you’ll begin to love the “barre shakes.”
Our method is simple enough for non-dancers to benefit. Barre incorporates body resistance as well as resistance band, dumbbell and pilates ball work. Specific focus is on core, glutes and pelvis to re-balance and stabilise your body for better movement in everyday life or fitness activities.
This is a 45 minute class. Bring your water bottle. Mats provided at studio, but your welcome to bring your own.
