Keep moving freely, feel less stressed, stiff or in pain. Mobility and Stretching is important for flexible, strong, and healthy muscles, to move in a larger range of motion and aid with your energy.
This class is perfect if your a regular fitness class goer/sports person to decrease risk of injury and enable your muscles to perform more effectively. Also great for improving your ability to do daily activities or to increase blood flow.
Studio mats are available, but you are welcome to bring your own. Water bottle recommended.
Adult levels: Beginner.
