Our team of qualified Personal Trainers and Boxing Instructors support youth needing to challenge their bodies. Students work-hard and feel pride exercising in these unique classes hosted by professionals. Whilst a self-defence workout, kickboxing/boxing is scientifically proven to enhance performance in other sports as it improves power, footwork, speed, mind-body connection, upper-body and core strength.
This non-competition class incorporates mitts and pads combos, bag-work and numerous conditioning and footwork drills as-well as mental-health coaching components. We encourage advanced teen students to assist instructors to add connection, role-modeling and meaning to their martial arts training. No body-contact. Regular attendance will turn them from rookie to rocky!
