This class is INVITE ONLY.
* Participants must attend 1 kickboxing class as well as the Extension (2 sessions a week)
* Participants must be on time.
* Participants must bring their boxing gloves and have a mouth guard.
* Participants must have a good work ethic.
It included Non-body contact Sparring drills and Mixed Martial arts (MMA) providing a refreshing and multi-disciplined approach to health and fitness and is very popular among teenagers. MMA incorporates disciplines like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, boxing, Kickboxing/Muay- Thai. A non-competitive class which also provides a great compliment to all sports.
Martial arts doesn’t just teach the science and art of self-defense, it is a holistic approach to health with focus on the human being as a whole. MMA imparts in practitioners a myriad of values and benefits.
